What we check on every visit
This is Driftwood's own visit sheet. Every line is marked Done, Working on it, Needs attention or N/A, with notes and photos.
- Check every door and window for damage and security
- Read the humidity level
- Inspect the AC and water heater for leaks
- Check the refrigerator's temperature, and for mold if it's off
- Look at every room and ceiling for water stains or leaks
- Run every sink, shower and toilet, and check the pipes underneath
- Look for signs of rodents and pests
- Secure the home and set the alarm
- Send the report to you, or to whoever you name
